2023 took me on a wild, crazy, soulfoul, thoughtful, and healing trip. I completed many courses, certifications, and met amazing teachers and people. I discovered wonderful things that because great resourses for my mind, body, and spirit and I'd like to share them with you. Please think about giving them a try as each one helped me in different ways. When you are dealing with anxiety, stress, and trauma issues, Its very important that you create resources for yourself to help regulate your nervous system and create a more positive life.
